Supporting a small team of Mac Users at Kirklees Council
Solution
Conformedia works closely with the IT department at the council to ensure that the Mac users are securely integrated within the overall IT strategy and software adheres to the council’s stringent IT policies.
Challenge
The busy internal IT team at the council needed additional support for the small Creative Team so they could focus on the large number of PC users within the organisation.
Outcomes
Mac users have access to the helpdesk for day to day problems - either over the phone or via remote desktop access.
